Do I need to check in for a bus or train ride?

You don’t need to check in for bus and train rides. But some carriers require you to show the original bus or train ticket for boarding. The Kiwi.com e-ticket you got from us might not be enough.

If you need this ticket, we’ll automatically prepare it for you after you book. You’ll find it in your trip page and in the Kiwi.com app.
In most cases, you can simply present the ticket on your smartphone or tablet. The bus driver or train conductor will only want to see the QR code or ask for the ticket number or seat number.
