What's Disruption Protection Premium?

If airlines change, cancel, or significantly delay a part of your trip 48h or more before departure, Disruption Protection Premium allows you to choose between an alternative flight from any airline, an instant refund in Kiwi.com Credit, or assistance applying for a refund from the airline. Additionally, we can also cover hotels and other expenses as needed. If the disruption occurs less than 48h before departure, you can choose between an alternative flight, a refund in Credit, or a refund back to your original payment method.

You can add Premium when you book your trip. It's also possible to add it afterwards, but its availability depends on your departure date. If it is still available, you’ll be able to add it in your trip page
