What is a boarding pass?
A boarding pass is the document you’ll need to board the plane. The airline will issue it for you when you’re checked in.

What can I find in my boarding pass?
Your boarding pass will display your booking details, including your seat number. You should also see the boarding gate and boarding time to easily navigate through the airport.
The gate can sometimes change close to the departure. Double-check the details when you arrive at the airport.
Do I have to print my boarding pass?
If you have the mobile version with the QR code, you don’t need to print the boarding pass. Just have it ready on your smartphone or tablet.
If you only have the PDF, it depends on the airport and the airline staff. If you’re not sure, it's better to print it just in case.
Will I get the original airline boarding pass if you check me in?
Yes, you’ll find the original PDF from the airline in your trip page.
If you’re in the app, you might see the mobile boarding pass first — just tap on the button below it to download the original PDF.
