Travel alert in the Middle East

Due to the evolving security situation in the Middle East we advise customers to exercise caution before booking travel or traveling to the affected areas and to follow official government guidance.

Flight cancellations and delays

Many airlines have needed to cancel flights to and from Israel and Lebanon due to security concerns. Flights that are still operating may experience delays or schedule changes. To keep you informed, we are closely monitoring flight operations and will promptly notify you of any disruptions affecting your travel plans along with your options.

Check airline and airport websites

If you’re travelling soon, we recommend checking the following resources:
These sources will provide you with real-time updates on flight statuses, schedules, and any changes you need to be aware of.

If you have an upcoming flight and can’t find the answers to your questions in these resources, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Stay informed

To make informed decisions about your travel, we recommend the following steps:
  • Online monitoring — Regularly check reliable news sources and official government updates for the latest information on the situation in Israel and Lebanon. Staying informed is crucial for your safety.
  • Government advice — Consult your home country's government travel advice regarding travel to Israel or Lebanon. They provide valuable insights and recommendations that can help you plan your trip more effectively.

Cancel your trip and request a refund

We understand you may wish to change or cancel your trip. Our Customer Support team is working hard to help everyone affected by this situation as quickly as possible, but unfortunately the increased demand for assistance may result in longer response times than normal.

To avoid waiting, you can quickly make your preferred changes by opening your trip and choosing 1 of the following options:
  • Cancel your trip and request refund — You can apply for voluntary cancellation according to your ticket type up to 48 hours before your trip. Alternatively, you can choose an assisted refund for flights scheduled to depart through the end of September. In this case, we can assist by requesting a refund from the airlines on your behalf. We can't guarantee your refund amount because it is subject to airline policies, however, we want to assure you that we’ll pass on any refund we get from the airlines, in full, as quickly as we can. We won’t deduct any charges or service fees for assisting you with this.
Change your trip — The conditions for flight changes depend on your ticket type. You can find detailed information in our help section
